Healing and dispelling hard-mode sucks. Get a mod or two to help:

Healing

Clique and Healbot

These mods allow you to cast faster heals by using 1 mouse click instead of a mouse click and subsequent hot key. They are not recommended for players with active alts. You can also use macros with these, for example, have the Boss Mob targeted and Shift-Click to cast a heal on the Boss's target without de-targeting the Boss.
